  • Basmati rice
  • 2 vegan chicken fillets
  • 600ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Cucumber
  • Fry the onion and carrots with the curry powder until softened
  • Add the flour and distribute until the vegetables are evenly covered, add the soy sauce
  • Add vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Blend until smooth and thick
  • Place vegan chicken fillets in the air-fryer for 15-20 minutes at 200°
  • Boil rice until cooked
