Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- Butter
- Vegetable stock
Method
- Dice the onion, fry in a spoonful of butter on a medium heat until softened
- Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock to the pan with 100ml of boiling water
- Let simmer for 15 minutes
- Season with salt, pepper and basil to taste
