  • 3-4 Chicken goujons
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Frozen peas
  • Cut potatoes into wedges and season with salt
  • Place on a tray and drizzle with oil before placing in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30-45 minutes until golden brown
  • Place goujons in an air-fryer for 9-12 minutes at 200°
  • Boil frozen peas for 3-4 minutes
