  • Microwave mash potato
  • Handful of green beans
  • 1 whole chicken leg
  • Gravy granules
  • Season the chicken leg with salt and place on a tray.
  • Drizzle oil over and place in an oven at 200° for approximately 1 hour
  • Fry the green beans in oil and season to taste
  • Microwave the mash until warmed
  • Add gravy granules to a jug, add boiling water
  • Take chicken out of the oven, place all components on a plate, pour gravy over as desired
