Ingredients
- Microwave mash potato
- Handful of green beans
- 1 whole chicken leg
- Gravy granules
Method
- Season the chicken leg with salt and place on a tray.
- Drizzle oil over and place in an oven at 200° for approximately 1 hour
- Fry the green beans in oil and season to taste
- Microwave the mash until warmed
- Add gravy granules to a jug, add boiling water
- Take chicken out of the oven, place all components on a plate, pour gravy over as desired
