Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken goujons
- 2 medium potatoes
- Frozen peas
Method
- Cut potatoes into wedges and season with salt
- Place on a tray and drizzle with oil before placing in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30-45 minutes until golden brown
- Place goujons in an air-fryer for 9-12 minutes at 200°
- Boil frozen peas for 3-4 minutes
